FPL Mobile Registration Flow

The project focused on adapting FPL’s desktop registration experience for mobile customers. Registration was restricted to existing customers, who needed to verify their identity using an account number or an accepted identification alternative.

I mapped the flow from registration entry through customer identification, property confirmation, optional account linking, and review of submitted information. The flow also included optional digital service sign-ups before directing customers to their new dashboard.

The Figma prototype translated this multi-step process into a mobile-oriented registration experience while preserving the required verification and account management steps.
