01 / LAB INSIGHTS & SPECIMEN ANALYSIS

4ocean’s One Pound Promise connects product purchases to ocean-bound and coastal trash removal. I explored a mobile experience that would help customers follow that connection beyond the checkout.

The concept included receipt submission to verify the cleanup contribution associated with a purchase and a scrollable feed of daily cleanup activity, with updates sortable by location. The goal was to make the organization’s work more visible and give customers a clearer way to connect their purchases with its environmental mission.

I designed the prototype and presented the concept to 4ocean’s founders. It explored a potential extension of the existing e-commerce and Trash Tracker experiences.
